World Cup Soccer (ワールドカップサッカー), is a football game developed and published by Sega in 1989. It was subsequently brought various home computers by Elite Systems in the following year.

World Cup Soccer is a top-down football game which adheres to most of the sport's rules. There are no free kicks.
