Backyard Skateboarding is a skateboarding game developed by Humongous Entertainment and published by Atari for the PC in 2004. In 2005, it was re-released with updated graphics and controls and featured additional power-ups, sponsors, and gear. It also featured an extra level.

A 2005 version was released for Game Boy Advance.

The Backyard Kids embark on the Backyard Skate Tour, where they must skate around three areas in order to secure funding for the ultimate skate park: Skate Station Alpha, a luxury space-themed park. Along the way, they must defeat rookie challenges supervised by kids with yellow beacons, pro challenges supervised by kids with orange beacons, and three boss challenges headed by Ricky Johnson, Pete Wheeler, and Jocinda Smith, who have red beacons.
