The Super Ball (Great Ball in English, スーパーボール Super Ball in Japanese) is a type of Poké Ball introduced in the first generation. It has a higher success rate than the Poké Ball, but less than the Ultra Ball. Thus, it is the intermediate in general use.

It was developed by Silph S.A. (Like the other Poké Balls of his generation). Regarding its characteristics, it can be said that it is a blue and white sphere, with red bands on the sides, at the top.
