Star Trek: The Next Generation Trivia is a question-and-answer video game based on the Star Trek: The Next Generation television series, initially released by George Broussard under the Micro F/X Software imprint, before being released by Apogee who later revived it under the same title. It consists of 3 volumes, the first of which was distributed as shareware, while the others were available for payment. Each volume contains 100 multiple responses related to different topics. It was also possible to purchase the source code of the program for $100.

Apogee was not authorized by the Star Trek copyright holder; when Paramount found out, they offered the software house a license. Apogee refused, arguing that the license would cost more than the revenue obtained and obtainable with the game, therefore they preferred to remove the title from the catalogs and release it into the public domain, together with the other Star Trek-based title, Trek Trivia.
